The hotel was a great choice for my transit stay while traveling. The early room availability was a lifesaver after my late arrival, and I was able to get some much-needed rest. I appreciated the clean and adequate room. The location was convenient for catching the train to San Sebastián and exploring nearby attractions like the Ecological Park Plaiaundi and the museum. The breakfast served at the cafeteria was reasonably priced, which made it easy to grab a quick meal before heading out.

I encountered several issues that made my experience difficult. The room was extremely hot, even when it cooled down outside. I struggled to sleep due to the noise from traffic and a party below. Additionally, the mattress was rather lumpy, making it uncomfortable to rest well, which left me feeling quite disappointed.

Excellent location near the Santiago bridge and train station. The room was clean and basic, with fast wifi. Breakfast included organic coffee but had more carb-heavy options. fresher fruits and veggies would be better suited for pilgrims passing through. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even helping me with my e-bike delivery, which was a great relief on my journey.

After a long drive, I found myself at this hotel—what a pleasant surprise! The spacious, clean room accommodated my needs perfectly. The friendly staff made my stay even better. Its excellent location near the Santiago bridge was ideal for exploring both France and Spain!

The staff were amazing! They helped me receive my hire e-bike when others wouldn’t. The location is excellent, right next to the Santiago bridge and close to the train station. The room was clean and basic, but it had fast, stable wifi and breakfast was included. The evening food looked good, too! ❣️

Train noise from the nearby railway!!! Should consider adding air conditioning or at least noise-canceling options for a better night's sleep!!! Location may feel limited during off-peak restaurant hours!!!

I stayed in a Twin Room for one night. The room was cozy enough, and I appreciated having fast wifi and plenty of sockets. However, it felt a bit small for two people. The noise from outside made it hard to sleep, especially with the traffic and party sounds drifting in. Still, it was clean and tidy, which I liked.

The location is super convenient for train travel, and the room was clean with a cool LED light strip. I felt grateful for the late check-in when I missed my bus.
